The company are a local Managed Service Provider (MSP), who provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and support to a diverse customer base across the globe. We are looking for an IT support technician who has experience working for an outsourced IT provider. The company provide day to day IT support to businesses and organisations of all shapes and sizes and with a wide range of IT environments. Primary technology focus is Microsoft 365 - but you will also be involved with supporting and implementing many other technologies … on your own (sometimes under pressure for time or technical issues) but also as an important part of a small, friendly, team of engineers.
