Tomaintainrecordsofincomeandexpenditureandundertakeanybankingrequired. Tosupportadministrationrelatingtovenuehire,includingcorporatehire,andotherareasofactivityasrequiredToundertakefinancialadministrationinrelationtodonations,grants,incomegenerationandexpenditurebyTheAtkinsonDevelopmentTrustToensureongoingadministrativesupportisdeliveredduringsicknessandannualleave. Toundertakeadministrativeandclericaltasksusingacomputer,telephoneorotherofficeequipmentwhenrequired. TomaintaincashhandlingandpaymentsystemsforanymoniesreceivedduringtheoperationofTheAtkinsoninlinewiththeAuthoritysregulationsandprocedures. TobeanimprestholderforTheAtkinsonspettycashfloat,ensuringreceiptsarereceived,processedandreimbursed,inlinewiththeAuthoritysregulationsandprocedures.
