A/B and multivariate testing. Collaborate with digital, UX, content and development teams to deliver conversion-focused enhancements. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Own the roadmap for digital optimisation initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Ideal Candidate: Strong experience … in digital optimisation, CRO, or personalisation roles. Proficient in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to interpret user behaviour and performance trends. Hands-on experience with conversion and optimisation platforms (e.g. Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.).
