Rialtas, part of a global software group, is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Sales Department and drive growth across all revenue streams. In this senior leadership role, you will manage the New Business Lead, Customer Success Manager, and Existing Inbound Sales Lead. Reporting directly to the EVP, you will take ownership of revenue delivery, sales strategy execution, KPI performance, and team development.
