This role will be working in an Agile environment involving full SDLC covering UK time zone (covering up to 5pm UK time) and will be reporting into the Product Management and Process Improvement team. Responsibilities: Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the ART through data analysis, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and delivering higher value to … process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Certification such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalents. Full UK driving licence. More ❯
