We are looking for a candidate with a networking/IT background willing to work as an on-site application engineer. The on-site Engineer participates predominantly in the deployment, maintenance, performance, and monitoring activities. It is a diverse role that also encompasses elements of Infrastructure and application support in close cooperation with the authority's representatives and KTC internal teams. Your responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end support for proprietary applications and COTS components, ensuring seamless functionality and addressing customer needs. Manage and monitor network infrastructure, servers (200+), and systems daily to maintain high availability, security, and … for application monitoring, overall system architecture, backup and roll-back plans, performance tuning, and testing. Build strong customer relationships and foster collaboration with internal support & engineering teams. Your profile: Higher education with IT background (University degree is an asset).
