The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Sourcing the best candidates through job adverts and headhunting
• Interviewing candidates, arranging interviews with clients and preparing candidates for IV
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to provide the best service with confidence!
• Negotiating terms of business and completing placements.
• Building a network within a chosen market and making a name for yourself!

• 2:1 or above from a top 50 university OR 6+ months experience in B2B sales

• A people person! After all, this job involves dealing with people everyday!
