The Role

The Head of Amazon Client Success will lead key client relationships across Amazon and related marketplaces, ensuring consistent excellence across retail, media, and data-led strategy. The Head of Amazon Client Success will design growth plans, guide senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted strategic adviser capable of turning complex ecommerce opportunities into actionable commercial outcomes. The Head of Amazon Client Success will also champion internal best practice, mentor teams, collaborate across functions, and represent the organisation as a marketplace authority.

  • Champion client adoption of technology, insights platforms, and performance-driven services.
