As the company continues to scale rapidly across Europe, they are looking to hire a driven and people-focused Internal Recruiter to play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving organisation where internal recruitment is central to long-term success and growth.Open to Candidates with 18 months + experience in a 360 role, who are looking to move into an Internal position. The Role As Internal Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the internal hiring process and work closely with leadership to build strong, future-ready teams.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the end-to-end internal recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer.
  • Proactively identifying and engaging high-calibre recruiters, graduates, and sales professionals.
  • Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through LinkedIn, events, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partnering with team leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives, including content, careers campaigns, and events.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of internal recruitment processes as the business scales.
About You
  • Previous experience in recruitment, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive, organised, and passionate about identifying and developing talent.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • An interest in talent acquisition within a scaling technology-focused recruitment business.
