Overview

We’re looking for Junior Sales / Business Development Managers with a background or strong interest in cyber security or data protection. This is a blend of sales and account growth, but more weighted towards new business development. Ideal for someone hungry, ambitious, and ready to build a long-term career in a high-growth sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business activity (BDM/SDR style outreach).
• Manage and grow existing accounts - renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Build strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sell both products and services using a consultative, solutions-based approach.
• Understand client needs and position relevant solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline management.
• Support wider commercial strategy and identify new revenue opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Background or active interest in cyber security / data protection (degree or practical exposure).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial instincts.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable with outreach and business development.
• Ability to understand client problems and shape appropriate solutions.
• Organised, resilient, and eager to learn.
