Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer (Azure) - Hybrid – Southall

We’re recruiting for a Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology function supporting enterprise-level software products.

This is a hybrid role based in Southall, combining hands-on infrastructure engineering with modern DevOps automation - ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable cloud platforms and continuously improving how software is deployed and supported.

What you’ll be doing

Maintaining and optimising cloud-hosted environments (Azure)

Driving automation through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)

Building and maintaining Azure DevOps YAML pipelines (CI/CD)

Monitoring performance and availability using modern observability tools

Improving backups, patching, disaster recovery and overall resilience

Working closely with development teams to ensure systems are secure, scalable and supportable

Supporting cloud governance and cost / right-sizing optimisation

What we’re looking for

Strong cloud experience (Azure preferred, AWS considered)

Hands-on experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tooling)

Solid CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Azure DevOps strongly preferred)

Comfortable with scripting: PowerShell / Bash / Python

Strong infrastructure fundamentals (Windows/Linux, networking, security)
