Test Lead – IT Digital Transformation – Leeds/Hybrid, to £75K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A ‘hands on’ Test Lead/Test Manager is required to work on a large IT Digital Transformation programme. You will have extensive ‘hands on’ Test lead/Test Management experience, ideally gained within a large retail/supply chain/logistics/manufacturing/E-commerce/Digital/On-line environment, with experience of test strategy and execution across functional, integration, regression and UAT with knowledge of automation testing.

You will have good knowledge of the testing, non-production environments to support the change and release activity across the systems. You will have excellent management, stakeholder, 3rd party supplier management, communication skills. Any knowledge of ERP systems advantageous though not essential.

The role will involve managing, building a small team, liaising with the business, stakeholders, 3rd parties, developing the testing strategy, plans, governance and dealing with the testing through the full lifecycle and managing the non-production environments. Must be able to work in a fast paced, unstructured environment.

The role will require 2 days a week on site near Leeds.
