Account Executive – HR Tech / SaaS Start-Up

£55,000–£75,000 base + Double OTE (£100k–£150k Year 1)

Hybrid: 3–4 days per week | Central London

Backed by private investors and seed funding, our client has built an all-in-one wellbeing platform that combines expert-led services with powerful technology. They’re now scaling their newly established UK Sales function — making this a brilliant time to join and have real impact.

  • Mental & physical wellbeing support (therapy, coaching, mentoring, wellness programmes)
  • Technology-led engagement (video, voice, chat, messaging, journaling)
  • Employee analytics & insights (real-time engagement, wellbeing, performance data)
  • Leadership tools (training, resources, and decision support)

The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in building the UK revenue engine. You’ll sell premium SaaS subscriptions to senior HR decision-makers at mid-sized organisations across the UK and Western Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new business and closing high-value SaaS deals
  • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting demos close
  • Building trusted relationships with HR leaders
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
  • Representing the brand at events and client meetings (some European travel)

About You

You’re a driven, commercially minded SaaS seller who enjoys start-up energy, autonomy, and responsibility.

You’ll likely have:

  • 2+ years’ B2B SaaS sales experience
  • A strong track record against targets
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Confidence with outbound sales and running product demos
  • Experience selling into the UK (Europe a plus)
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC / Challenger or similar frameworks
  • Ambition, resilience, and a genuine appetite to grow with the business
