£30,000 – £35,000 base + £10,000 uncapped bonus/commission

The Role: Customer Success Executive

As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from their subscriptions. You’ll focus on renewals, engagement, and satisfaction, helping clients understand how the platform supports their goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of subscription clients
  • Drive engagement and platform adoption
  • Act as the main point of contact for client support
  • Lead renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities
  • Deliver client onboarding sessions and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs

About You

You’ll bring:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in a Customer Success, Client Service, or Client-Facing role
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
