As the business continues to scale, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen client relationships, drive renewals, and ensure clients gain maximum value from their subscriptions.

With the customer base doubling in the last two years, the need for dedicated, proactive client management is greater than ever — and that’s where you come in.
The Role: Customer Success ManagerIn this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of subscription clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring each account receives exceptional value. You’ll focus on retention, engagement, and renewal, while identifying opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of subscription accounts

Drive engagement and platform adoption

Act as the main point of contact for client support and success

Lead renewal discussions and identify upsell opportunities

Deliver client presentations and onboarding sessions

Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs
You’ll bring:

2-3 years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management

A track record of meeting or exceeding retention/renewal targets

Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
-
Experience in SaaS, Subscriptions, or Business Information

A degree or interest in Politics / Current Affairs

Strong organisational and time management skills
