The Role: Customer Success Manager

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of subscription clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring each account receives exceptional value. You’ll focus on retention, engagement, and renewal, while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of subscription accounts

  • Drive engagement and platform adoption

  • Act as the main point of contact for client support and success

  • Lead renewal discussions and identify upsell opportunities

  • Deliver client presentations and onboarding sessions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs

About You

You’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding retention/renewal targets

  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills

  • Experience in SaaS, Subscriptions, or Business Information

  • A degree or interest in Politics / Current Affairs

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
