Sysytems & MI Analyst

Systems & MI Analyst – Swindon Up to £30,000 DOE Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00pm - 15:30pm finish on a Friday We have partnered with a well established business in the Financial Sector who are looking for an experienced Systems & MI analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for Managing Practice systems (primarily Salesforce) and delivering accurate management information (MI) to the Senior Management Team (SMT).Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate weekly and ad-hoc MI reports; maintain Practice targets and pipeline data.
• Act as Salesforce subject matter expert, ensuring data accuracy, system improvements, and user support.
• Resolve day-to-day system queries and support colleagues with OneDrive, Salesforce, and other IT processes.
• Train and onboard new and existing staff on IT systems.
• Ensure client files and systems remain secure and compliant.
• Liaise with external IT suppliers, Head Office, and internal managers on escalated issues.
• Monitor outstanding client reviews and support administrative processes.

Skills & Qualities Required:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet experience.
• Confident in Microsoft Outlook and electronic data systems.
• Ability to explain technical systems simply to others.
• Organised, proactive, and approachable team player.
• Experience in maintaining systems, processes, and procedures.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
