As the Data Analytics & Insight Lead, you’ll create, own and elevate how insight is delivered across a data-rich organisation. You will lead a talented team, guide analytical standards and ensure that complex information becomes clear, actionable insight. This is a senior role with real influence across product, data, research and client-facing teams.What you’ll be doing You’ll lead and develop the Data Insight team, ensuring high standards, strong analytical judgement and delivery. You’ll take ownership for forecasting, segmentation and modelling work, and guide how insight shapes products, client solutions and strategic decisions.You’ll work closely with Product, Data Architecture and cleints to embed insight into everything the organisation delivers. You’ll present complex analysis to senior leaders, including CEOs and Finance Directors, and contribute to pitches, consulting work and thought leadership.You’ll support a team through change, building confidence and capability while encouraging curiosity, challenge and high-quality thinking. You’ll be there to challenge the norm, bring new ideas and support your team.What experience you’ll need to apply

• Experience in an Insight leadership role (Head Of, Insight Lead, Insight Manager etc.) where you’ve managed a medium sized team
• Strong experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting and modelling
• Experience working with SQL, in a hands-on capacity
• Skilled in data visualisation, ideally with Tableau
• Confident presenting complex insight to senior non-technical audiences
• Strong experience in a client facing insight position
• Leadership experience with remote or multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience working in charity or finance is preferred (ideally a mixture of both)
