Looking for an Operations Analytics Analyst to join a small, growing analytics team within a UK FinTech lender. This role focused on turning data into actionable insights across the entire customer lifecycle.

THE ROLE

You'll sit in the Operations Analytics team, working closely with credit, underwriting, collections, fraud and marketing. The team's aim is simple: use data to understand processes, improve decision-making, and generate insights that drive real business outcomes.

• Analyse customer behaviour from origination to repayment, identifying trends and patterns across the lifecycle.
• Optimise collections strategies to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Extract, manipulate, and visualise data to create reports and dashboards for operational teams.
• Provide insights on marketing and acquisition performance to support business growth.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, fraud, and operational teams on cross-functional projects.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in credit, lending or operational analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a visualisation tool
• Clear examples of end-to-end analytical work: pulling data, analysing, translating into action, reporting to stakeholders
