We’re delighted to be supporting a very well-established eCommerce and technology services business within the music and entertainment sectors. They have a formidable, international client base and a values-driven and supportive company culture that is second to none.  Due to exciting company growth, they are looking for a talented Senior Front-End/UI Developer to join the team.What skills you’ll be needing
  • Deep frontend expertise: HTML, CSS, and TypeScript as your primary medium, with in-depth understanding of the DOM, accessibility, responsive design and performance.
  • Experience with React/Next.js.
  • Proven design capability: comfortable in Figma, with a keen eye for typography, colour, spacing, and motion.
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, WordPress) and/or Shopify development.
  • Content modelling experience: you've designed schemas that editors actually enjoy using.
  • Client-facing confidence: able to present work, explain decisions, and handle feedback gracefully
  • Experience or appetite for mentoring developers, leading technical decisions.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement and adjust.
What you’ll be doing They’re looking for someone with an even split of design and development experience for this role.  You’ll be someone who can bridge between creative vision and technical execution; someone who can concept a solution in Figma, present it to a client, and then build it with clean, performant code.  You'll shape how their products look, feel, and perform.  Further duties will include designing content schemas and data models whilst owning the front-end architecture of high-profile projects.  They will look for you to be able to take features from concept to production including estimating, building, testing and releasing.  You’ll be encouraged to share your knowledge with others, contribute to code reviews and mentor/coach other team members.What you’ll get in return for your talents There’s a competitive salary (£60K-£67.5K) plus private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, opportunity to work abroad 4 weeks per year, employee assistance program, budget for training courses, life insurance, enhanced maternity leave and more.  You will be working with a progressive tech stack and team on exciting challenges in a collaborative, supportive and ambitious team environment. What’s next If this role sounds like it could be your next career move, please send in your CV ASAP.
