IT Support Technician Apprentice
PETA are proud to be working with Agile Global Logistics Group limited (AGL) to support them with the recruitment and training of a new IT Support Technician Apprentice. Role

As an IT Support Technician Apprentice, you will be working with both internal teams and external clients, providing excellent customer service and escalating unresolved customer issues to your Team Leader. You will be part of a team where you will learn everything about IT support and will be guided by your mentor, but also given the independence you need to be able to progress.
The IT Support Technician Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- How to escalate issues where appropriate
- Being the first point of contact for all incidents/requests via email and phone calls
- Installation/Maintenance/Configuration of a variety of Infrastructure, Networking and Telephony Equipment
- Updating IT records and documentation
- How to perform and maintain daily system checks
Training
Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 22-month apprenticeship which includes 25 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6-8 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
An opportunity will be offered for the successful candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship for progression within the business.
