IT Support Technician
Role:
Small prestigious Legal practice in the heart of Canary Wharf, requires an enthusiastic all-rounder, who can support their basic day to day IT problems, and any infrastructure issues, as well as have a keen interest in helping assist on their social media activities. This will include, social media posts, video blogs on latest news, client cases, as well as hosting all of the companies website activities.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage and troubleshoot devices and all IT infrastructure
- Prepare and configure user accounts for new starters, ensuring a seamless onboarding IT experience.
- Provide first and second line hardware and software support to all internal staff.
- Support continuous improvement of IT processes, systems and user experience.
- Plan, script, film, and edit video blogs and short-form videos
- Grow followers, subscribers, and engagement organically
- Support online reputation management
