London | January Start | £33k to £35k Base + Commission
A high growth search firm within Financial Services and Technology is hiring two Graduates to join their London team in January. This is an opportunity to learn directly from top performers in a business that has delivered fees up to £566k this year and is scaling across the UK, New York, and the wider US.
The firm partners with Financial Services, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Retail and Challenger Banks, and high growth FinTechs. They focus on senior appointments within Technology leadership and operate at the premium end of the market.
The Opportunity
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will join an experienced team with an average fee size of £60k to £80k and a structured development plan. This is an environment suited to commercially minded graduates who want to build a high performance career and work closely with senior clients.
What the Graduate Role Involves
- Working on live mandates across Technology leadership within FS and adjacent verticals
- Building relationships with senior candidates and clients
- Supporting market mapping, shortlisting and headhunting
- Learning search methodology from consultants who regularly deliver six figure fees
- Contributing to business development activity and attending client meetings
- Taking part in training sessions, workshops and mentorship programs
What They Are Looking For
- Graduates or individuals with up to one year of commercial experience
- Professional background is flexible, including placement year experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Competitive, ambitious and motivated by a high earning potential
- Available to start in January
- Down to earth personality and a team focused mindset
What They Offer
- £33k - £35k base salary (depending on industry experience)
- 33 percent commission structure
- Clear earning trajectory. Bill £300k and take home c. £110k including base
