Senior Data Recruiter – FinTech – Base £35k–£45k (Dependent on Experience)

This is a specialist FinTech recruitment agency with a global presence – 50 people across offices in the UK and US, working exclusively within Financial Services to deliver on all their Technology hiring needs. Their average billings per consultant sit at £202k, and their Data team of 4 is now looking to expand after a strong year.

I placed a Senior into this team last year – they billed £124k in their first 6 months. The business is growing and they want more of the same.

They recruit across the following markets:

• Software, DevOps, Change & Transformation, Data, Quant Finance, Application & Support, Infrastructure and Network

What are they looking for?

• 18 months+ 360 recruitment experience
• Background in Technology (Cyber, Software, DevOps – UK, Europe or US) or Financial Services with a desire to move into Tech
• A mature character who wants to learn from £700k billers, enjoys being in the office and is serious about progressing their career

What can they offer?

• Salary £35k–£45k (DOE)
• Commission up to 40%, no threshold, paid monthly
• Hybrid working – 2 days in one week, 3 days the next
