Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Location: London

Salary: £27,000–£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k Year 1)

Your Responsibilities:

• Generating new business through proactive client outreach
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality tech candidates
• Screening CVs and conducting interviews
• Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
• Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months’ experience in a sales or target-driven role
• Confident, persuasive, and commercially aware
• Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
• Well organised and able to manage multiple processes at once
• An interest in technology is a bonus, not a requirement
