AVEVA is looking for an Information Technology Intern to join our team in summer 2026 for 10-week internship.

Work Type : Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Internship Overview:
The intern will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware-related issues, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining detailed documentation of support interactions. The intern will involve in IT related projects.
This internship requires excellent interpersonal skills and a global mindset, as it involves interaction with users from diverse backgrounds and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve common software issues related to Windows 10/11, including installation, configuration, and updates and troubleshooting.
Diagnose basic network-related issues involving TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP configuration, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Help supporting with ticket management
Communicate with multiple stakeholders to provide IT support.
What we're looking for:
Studying towards a degree in IT or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer troubleshooting, user incident/requests and customer support.
Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
Ability to adapt to a global and diverse user base.
Good communication skills with active listening.

Hybrid working
By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
