About the role:

We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Farringdon, London. The role involves working with Braze, along with other supporting Marketing Technology tools to build, deploy, query and troubleshoot CRM campaigns. The successful candidate will have a sound base knowledge of consumer marketing and the use of marketing technology to support this. 

In our team you will learn:

  • How to work with Braze, along with other supporting Marketing Technology tools to build, deploy, query and troubleshoot CRM campaigns.

  • You will work with internal colleagues and departments and have some contact with 3rd party suppliers to manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.

As a CRM Campaign Manager you will:

  • Use Braze to build and deploy multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns

  • Data feed and load monitoring and proactive issue resolution

  • Lead management data governance

  • Run counts and production of reports & dashboards

  • Extract, process and prepare data files

  • Select most appropriate tools and methodologies to carry out data manipulation and processing tasks.

  • Liaise with internal departments and 3rd party suppliers

  • Complete of campaign work to written data briefs

  • Complete job documentation and administration of job files

  • Quality Assurance checking of data files, proofs and approvals

  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and GDPR

  • Find innovative solutions during problem solving.

  • Have extensive contact with internal colleagues and departments and some contact with 3rd party suppliers to manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.
