Customer Relationship Management Manager

Browne Jacobson are currently in the market for a CRM Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Based out of any of our regional offices, we are looking for a collaborative and stakeholder focused professional, who is a self-proclaimed InterAction+ expert. As a firm, we use InterAction+ as our CRM system to store client relationship data and track all client relationship activity. It's our 'go-to' platform that keeps everyone informed about who knows who and what's happening with our client contacts. The system allows us to generate actionable reporting and create targeted mailing lists, making sure the right marketing reaches the right audience.

This role is focused on managing the CRM system and driving the firm's engagement with it. CRM sits at the heart of our firm strategy - particularly our value of being a connector - by enabling us to build and maintain strong client relationships. The CRM Manager role is therefore a crucial part of our client and marketing strategy.

As the CRM Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership for the firm's CRM function, driving platform excellence and maximising the value of our client relationship intelligence. This is a strategic role requiring deep technical expertise in InterAction+, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence at partner and leadership level. You'll manage the CRM data strategy, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure our CRM capabilities deliver measurable business impact.
