As a team:

Within the UK Insurance Strategy & Consulting team, we focus on large, market-leading transformational engagements for insurers. We help our insurance clients drive innovation through industry experience, extensive capabilities, proven assets, and market insights both in the UK and globally. Our client portfolio includes Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Life and Pensions, supporting areas such as AI-led transformation, insurance operating models, and technology modernization.

We were recently awarded a Gold rating for Insurance in the Financial Times UK's Leading Management Consultants report.

In our team, you will learn how to:

1. Build deep client relationships with industry executives to understand their priorities and influence their thinking.
2. Invent and provide solutions to real-world business problems using modern technology such as AI and industry insights.
3. Shape and scope transformational engagements in the UK and globally, integrating various Accenture services.
4. Deliver impactful change for insurance clients, enhancing business performance.

As a Senior Manager in our Insurance practice, you will:

1. Lead the development of insurance solutions and offerings, and lead client discussions.
2. Build relationships with senior insurance stakeholders, leveraging your industry expertise.
3. Lead diverse teams across different areas of the company to deliver differentiated solutions.
4. Mentor and grow talent within our Insurance practice.

We are looking for experience in:

• Shaping and delivering Business & Technology transformations in General Insurance, London Markets, or Life & Pensions.
• Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with drive and energy.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Deep expertise in applying digital solutions to insurance challenges, including AI, cloud, and insurance platforms.
• Market experience across areas such as London Markets, Underwriting, Claims, Broking, and more.

• Having a passion for insurance and contributing to the UK insurance industry's growth.
• Building credibility with senior client stakeholders.
• Having a proven track record in insurance or consulting for complex change.
• Understanding the Insurance Technology landscape, including platforms like Guidewire.
