As a Project Controls Service Specialist, you will:

• Lead a fast-paced Delivery PMO team working across multiple complex programs of work, reporting directly into Senior Leadership.

• Support successful delivery as part of the project management office for large scale, high-complexity programmes

• Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via relevant tools (e.g. Power BI)

• Own and manage end to end operational and financial data for large projects or programmes of work. Reporting on internal profitability, sales and revenue positions.

• Work with internal delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks and putting in place mitigation plans

• Plan, budget creation, management and control using a bespoke suite of programme management tools; including setting up plans, tracking progress, and reporting variances.

• Liaise with internal Commercial and Financial Management teams to ensure that programme and corporate finances are aligned and that the Programme is delivering to target

• Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships

• Responsible for identifying and driving continuous service improvement and process automation
