Business Analyst

We have just been asked to identify an experienced Business Analyst to join our market leading client’s IT development function. Working remotely and from their Bristol office, the Business Analyst will work closely with the project team and to deliver a diverse range of IT projects, whilst maintaining a proactive and collaborate approach with the rest of the business.

Our client seeks to appoint an experienced Business Analyst, with outstanding communication skills combined with true business analysis expertise to act as a point of reference to stakeholders and ensure the smooth delivery of solutions that meet the needs of the business. The successful Business Analyst will have strong business and technological understanding and must be able to understand the requirements of the business, evaluate user needs and conduct research to capture, analyse and document business and customer requirements. You will take accountability for highlighting issues, engage the team to find solutions and maintain communication flow to all relevant parties to support the implementation of fit for purpose bespoke or “off the shelf” products, on time and within budget whilst maintaining high quality delivery at all times.

Essential Skills:

• Formal Business Analysis experience
• Outstanding analytical, communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and results driven
• Ability to multi-task several projects concurrently

Preferred Skills:

• BA Qualifications
• Power Platform knowledge
• Testing
• BCS / ISEB Certificate or Diploma
