Role Overview:
- Location: New Malden (hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
- Package: (£35,000 - £37,000 Base + £15k Comms, Uncapped) + Strong Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and researching target organisations, markets, and key decision-makers
- Running multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
- Booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives and product specialists
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, tracking activity and pipeline progress
- Feeding back market insights on customer needs, competitors, and trends
- Working closely with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and outreach
Main Skills Needed:
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation (SaaS or HR tech ideal)
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and asking smart questions
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a track record of hitting targets
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or people technology
