Key Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional support for Docucare DCA printers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues swiftly.
Assist customers with setup and operational queries, ensuring a seamless experience.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to keep printers in optimal condition.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Document all interactions and solutions in our support system to ensure continuity and improvement.

What We're Looking For:


Strong technical knowledge of printers, particularly Docucare DCA models.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus!
