Are you a proactive systems specialist with a passion for turning data into insightful narratives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client's People & Culture team is on the lookout for an experienced HR Systems and MI Specialist to enhance their HRIT landscape. You will play a crucial role in optimizing IRIS Cascade and driving improvements in reporting and workflow automation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- IRIS Cascade Expertise: Become the go-to expert on IRIS Cascade, mastering its structure, configuration, and interconnections.
- High-Quality Reporting: Produce engaging HR reports, KPIs, dashboards, and Management Information (MI) - experience in Power BI will be a huge plus!
- Data Analysis: Dive deep into HR data covering absence, recruitment, turnover, learning & development, and occupational health.
- Streamlining Workflows: Review HR system workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation with a "one input" approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues and managers to gather requirements confidently and communicate solutions effectively.
- Support Audits and Projects: Assist in system audits, ensure data quality, and participate in various project work across the People & Culture team.
- Enhance System Capabilities: Help enhance overall systems capability and empower colleagues to maximize the use of HR tools.
What We're Looking For:
- IRIS Cascade Experience: Strong experience with IRIS Cascade is highly desirable, especially knowledge of system build.
- MI and Reporting Skills: Confidence in handling MI, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Data Visualization: Ability to visualize data and draw clear insights (Power BI experience is ideal).
- HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems, particularly IRIS Cascade or similar platforms.
- Collaborative Attitude: A proactive nature, with a willingness to communicate effectively to resolve challenges.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong Excel skills coupled with an eye for detail.
- CIPD Level 5: CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it is preferred.
