As the business continues to scale and enter new markets, the data department is undergoing strategic expansion — and this position sits at the heart of that growth.  You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive commercial decisions, operational improvements and long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insight – Interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Visualisation – Build dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Data Quality & Governance – Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability across all data sources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with finance, operations, product and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement – Recommend and implement enhancements to data processes, tools and reporting frameworks.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  • Understanding of data modelling, reporting and data governance principles
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience within financial services is beneficial but not essential
