Microsoft Copilot Engineer / Architect - Global Banking Client
Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Engineer / Architect to spearhead the technical delivery and enterprise-wide adoption of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. This strategic role will focus on implementing and operationalising Copilot technologies across Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel), the Power Platform, and the Security stack.
As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will design, deploy, and manage intelligent AI-powered solutions that drive productivity, enhance decision-making, and enable automation. You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of Copilot solutions into production, ensuring secure, scalable integration with enterprise systems and overseeing ongoing optimisation and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of Microsoft Copilot solutions across the organisation.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into intelligent AI solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Copilot technologies.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem: Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Security Copilot.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure OpenAI, Azure AD, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, and system integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365 compliance and security, and identity management.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and building custom Copilot agents or plugins.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data lakes).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding techniques, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
