Job Title: Program Coordinator
Location: Cambridge - 60% onsite
Remuneration: £31.25/hour
Contract Details: Temporary until 30th June 2026
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Delivery: Assist in organising and tracking progress on AI for Science research projects, ensuring milestones are met. 📊
- Facilitate Collaboration: Foster effective teamwork within and across project teams, enabling seamless communication and knowledge sharing. 🤝
- Assist with External Engagements: Support coordination of talks, workshops, and research collaborations with industry and academic partners. 🎤
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships across the organisation and external collaborators to drive alignment and shared success. 🌍
- Develop Communications: Contribute to creating clear and engaging internal and external communications to boost project visibility. ✉️
- Support Data Governance: Help monitor data governance and support compliance with research data standards.
- Optimise Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. ⚙️
- Enable Agile Delivery: Act as ‘Scrum Master’ for project teams, supporting lead researchers in decision-making and driving Agile project delivery. 🚀
- Contribute to Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement ways to improve team efficiency.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in engineering, product, project, or program management OR equivalent experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical projects and programs.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience collaborating within Agile teams, with a strong grasp of managing and maintaining key project management artifacts such as backlogs, project boards, and meeting minutes. 🗂️
