About the Role As a Project Manager - Factory Systems, you will be at the forefront of delivering complex IT and industrial technology projects. Your expertise will ensure that our manufacturing operations are efficient, innovative, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and industrial systems projects, encompassing infrastructure (servers, telecoms) and factory technology systems.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with diverse scopes and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT, engineering, and third-party vendors.
  • Implement robust risk, issue, and change management practises.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through regular updates, steering committees, and project documentation.
  • Ensure successful project closure, including lessons learned and benefits realisation.

What You will Bring:

  • Proven experience managing infrastructure IT projects (servers, telecoms).
  • A strong background in industrial technology systems (MES, SCADA, PLC integration, factory automation).
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic IT projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and SAFe.
  • Experience with project management tools and ITIL frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and people skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Computing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Advanced Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • Agile/SAFe accreditation preferred.
