Account Manager
Job title: Account Manager - Digital Transformation
Location: London - Hybrid (1/2 days in the Central London office)
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 x2 OTE + Benefits
The business is currently in hyper-growth mode having had a record year of growth 2025. They operate in a fast growing area of Digital Transformation, that has seen a huge surge in demand over the last couple years.
You will be responsible for building Mid-Market to Enterprise-level relationships, delivering market leading Digital Transformation, Data/AI and Cloud services solutions, whilst owning deals end to end. This role is a 50/50 hybrid split of acquiring net-new customers and driving further expansion within key accounts. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, a strategic hunter, and possess strong relationship-building skills.
This role is very well supported. They have invested heavily over the last 12 months into SDR support, operations, delivery and pre-sales. They also have some fantastic leadership opportunities, very competitive base salary/OTE + potential share options.
Ideal experience you will have:
- 5+ years experience selling Digital Transformation, IT Consultancy or Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
- A proven track record record in achieving and hitting quota
- Strong presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organization
- Strong analytical background who is driven by business/customer outcomes with a growth mindset
- Ability to adapt and plan on the fly and deliver on both the customer and organizational needs
- Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressure
