Role Overview
As a Framework Executive, you will play a key role within our Framework Delivery team, supporting clients through the entire lifecycle of public sector framework submissions. Reporting to the Framework Bid Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects, ensuring framework bid applications are completed to a high standard and submitted on time.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent time management and organisation skills, who can juggle multiple priorities under pressure while translating complex procurement information into clear, actionable steps for clients. You will be part of a supportive, high-performing team that delivers real impact for suppliers entering or growing in the public sector market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Project Delivery
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle of framework submissions for assigned clients, from onboarding to submission.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Interpret and analyse framework documentation to identify key requirements, compliance criteria, and action points.
- Translate complex procurement language into clear instructions and guidance for clients and internal contributors.
- Support clients with post-submission queries, clarification responses, and onboarding requirements as frameworks go live.
Time & Workflow Management
- Prioritise and plan workloads effectively across multiple active client projects.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers and project documentation
- Ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Escalate delivery risks, resource issues, or bottlenecks to the Framework Bid Manager in a timely manner.
Bid Quality and Compliance
- Draft and structure high-quality responses to framework Award Questions, tailoring content to specific ITT requirements, to ensure high scores are achieved.
- Ensure compliance of all other client documentation including PSQs, FVRAs, TACs, CRPs, Pricing, etc.
- Contribute to internal quality assurance processes, ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practice.
- Implement feedback from internal QA reviews to enhance the quality and consistency of future responses.
Client Communication & Support
- Guide clients through submission requirements with clarity and confidence, offering practical support where needed.
- Deliver kick-off calls, review sessions, and submission planning meetings.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and solution-focused approach when managing client queries, tight deadlines, or last-minute changes.
Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed of changes in public sector frameworks, buying trends, and procurement updates.
- Share insights and lessons learned from each project with the wider team to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of delivery templates, tools, and resources.
Person Specification
Skills and Experience
- Experience with UK public sector frameworks and procurement processes (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS, Technology Services, Network Services).
- Experience in a bid coordination, project support, or administrative role - ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across different projects.
- Confident in digesting and interpreting complex information (e.g., procurement specifications, legal requirements).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear, concise instructions and bid responses.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and stress management skills.
- Proficient in using project management and communication tools (e.g., Scoro, Notion, Teams, Google Workspace, MS Office).
- Energised by collaborative working and fast-paced deadlines.
- Calm under pressure and empathetic with clients and stakeholders.
- Committed to quality, fairness, and continuous improvement.
