As an AI Engineer, you’ll join a rapidly expanding function with huge opportunities to innovate, scale, and influence how our business delivers smarter, faster, more human-centred customer experiences. • Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and data, identifying high-value GenAI use cases.
• Work within the Data Science & AI team to deploy scalable, cutting-edge AI solutions across the business. 
• Collaborate in a cross-functional squad (DevOps, data engineers, developers, testers, Infosec) to productionise AI services in AWS.
• Enhance and innovate esure’s tech stack, including MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, UI, and our AI Python library.
• Assess third-party GenAI and LLM technologies to determine feasibility and cost–benefit.

Skills and experience you need as an AI Engineer:

• Proven experience applying, researching and developing NLP models, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs in a commercial setting.
• Skilled at working with non-technical stakeholders to scope, design and deliver effective ML solutions.
• Proficient with the Python data science stack (pandas, scikit-learn, Jupyter, etc.) and version control tools like Git.
•  Exposure to LLMOps, model monitoring, CI/CD and related technologies (Docker, MLflow, Kubernetes, FastAPI, etc.).
• Knowledge and working experience of AGILE methodologies.
