Process Engineer

Agilis Search is partnering with a progressive, people-focused professional services firm who are looking for a Process Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

This highly reputable organisation are redefining how services are delivered within their industry, and as a Process Engineer you will play a key role to help drive smarter, streamlined, tech-enabled ways of working across all teams within the business.

This is an important role for someone passionate about improving processes, enhancing client service and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

The Role

You’ll analyse how the business work today, design better ways for tomorrow, and lead the delivery of process improvements:

• Identify and optimise processes to boost efficiency and quality.
• Lead improvement projects using agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Lean).
• Introduce innovative tools, techniques and best practice.
• Produce clear documentation and support teams through change.
• Contribute to operational strategy and promote a culture of innovation.

About You

• Solid experience in process improvement within professional services
• Strong analytical and communication skills, and confidence managing cross-functional projects.
• Lean, Six Sigma or Agile credentials are a plus.

This role is ideally suited to an organised, decisive team player with exceptional communication skills.
