Agile Delivery Lead – Lloyd’s Market | Specialty (Re)Insurance | London A rapidly scaling Lloyd’s specialty (re)insurer is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in the continuous development of a core internal platform that underpins their Insurance, Partnerships, Reinsurance and Exposure Management functions.This business is known for its modern, analytical and genuinely collaborative culture—low ego, inclusive, curious, and focused on simplicity and excellence. If you value clear communication, fast-paced delivery, and a supportive team environment, this could be the right move.The Role As Agile Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of driving effective, well-structured delivery across multiple product teams. You’ll bring clarity, coordination and momentum to the development lifecycle—ensuring releases are planned confidently, risks are understood early, and teams remain aligned throughout short, iterative delivery cycles.You will:
  • Drive delivery across multiple Agile teams with consistent release cadence.
  • Coordinate release planning, ensuring readiness, testing and confidence in deployment.
  • Work closely with engineering and architecture to manage dependencies and sequencing.
  • Break large epics into deliverable increments across sprints and releases.
  • Stay close to quality and testing, using insights to influence planning.
  • Maintain open, transparent communication via stand-ups, retros, demos and updates.
  • Bring clarity and structure to a complex, fast-moving delivery environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Scrum Master within a software/platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methods across multi-team setups.
  • Highly organised, proactive approach—nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs, dependencies and sequencing with engineering leads.
  • Calm, pragmatic risk and blocker management.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative, inclusive style that helps teams stay focused, aligned and motivated.
  • Strong communication skills across onshore and offshore teams.
