We’re working with an innovative and rapidly expanding digital investment company, currently seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Preston. This is a full-time, hybrid position (3 days office / 2 days home), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
The Role:As Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, helping to resolve a variety of queries in a professional, efficient, and empathetic manner. You’ll also support internal teams and contribute to service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide outstanding service and build strong client relationships
- Resolve complex issues promptly and follow up where necessary
- Work collaboratively with internal departments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
- Offer guidance and support to junior team members when needed
- Proven experience in a customer service role (ideally in finance or tech)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A solutions-focused, empathetic, and professional approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- A positive, proactive mindset
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent experience)
- Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home
