Job Title: 360 Tech Recruiter

Work Style: Hybrid (Monday & Friday WFH)

Location: Manchester (near Spinningfields)

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual to join our Tech recruitment team as a 360 Recruiter. You’ll manage both client development and candidate delivery within the technology sector. If you've never worked in recruitment, or tech, before, that's no bother, full training will be provided to get you up to scratch.

What Makes This Role Different?

In 360 recruitment, you essentially have two jobs:

1. Convince new companies to use your service
2. Find the right person for your new client

In most recruitment roles, the first few months are spent almost entirely on Job 1, business development, and only when that succeeds are you able to start with Job 2.

The issue? Job 2 is where your commission comes from.

Thankfully, our tech team is a hot desk . That means you’ll have live jobs to work from day one, giving you the potential to earn immediately. The emphasis will still be on bringing on your own clients, but you’ll always have roles to fill, a huge advantage for anyone starting out.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
• Ambitious, resilient, and prepared to work hard to achieve results. You'll have heard it's a grind, and it's true, but the results do come with the right attitude and work ethic.
• Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly
• Good people. Seems simple, but we've got a great group here, and we're looking for people who can slide seamlessly into our dynamic.
