Engagement Lead | £40k | London (Hybrid) | Start: Jan 2025

My client trains people from diverse backgrounds into exceptional tech consultants through intensive bootcamps, then places them with major banks, government departments, and leading corporates.

But training is just the beginning. What happens next determines whether careers are truly transformed.

That's where you come in.

The Role

Support 80 consultants across 3-4 major client accounts. You're their coach, advocate, and champion – while being a strategic partner to clients and sales.

You'll be:

• Conducting monthly check-ins and on-site visits
• Managing performance reviews and salary recommendations
• Building relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Feeding market intelligence to sales teams
• Coaching consultants through challenges and career development

What You Need

✅ 1-3 years in HR or people functions (mentoring, wellbeing, employee support)

✅ High EQ – you genuinely connect with people and care about their success

✅ Commercial awareness – you understand business impact

✅ Strong stakeholder management skills

✅ Proactive, self-directed approach

You DON'T need: CIPD qualification, recruitment background, or deep technical expertise
