Albany Growth are working with a Cotswolds based tech services firm currently undergoing a company wide transformation under new leadership. With a recently appointed CEO and a 3-year strategic roadmap in motion, they’re scaling rapidly and investing heavily in Sales, Solutions, Engineering and Product.

They’re now hiring a Senior Product Manager to help turn internal capability into scalable, high value service offerings. If you’ve worked across productising managed services or solutions and are looking to shape strategy and build from the ground up, this is a unique opportunity.

We’re looking for:

👉🏼 Product management experience in reseller, MSP or IT systems integrator environments

👉🏼 A grasp of managed infrastructure: networking, compute, storage, identity, cybersecurity

👉🏼 Proven ability to build out product catalogues, define roadmaps, and drive execution

👉🏼 Commercial acumen - pricing, profitability, GTM support, partner alignment

👉🏼 Able to work closely with technical delivery and commercial teams to define scalable offerings

👉🏼 Hands-on across the product lifecycle, from market insight to launch and optimisation

🔧 Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and ISO frameworks a plus

📚 Agile friendly, customer centric and confident influencing senior stakeholders
