The Mission

You’ll lead the entire VIP function across the UK & EU, shaping strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving engagement that directly impacts revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.

This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership — not just managing accounts but defining what elite service looks like.

What You’ll Lead

  • Set the strategic direction for VIP engagement across EMEA.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of VIP Account Managers.
  • Drive LTV growth through cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives.
  • Launch VIP-only events, referral programs, and exclusive product experiences.
  • Analyse behaviour data to refine engagement strategies.
  • Report directly to senior leadership on KPIs and VIP revenue performance.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management or client-facing roles (crypto, fintech, or digital assets preferred).
  • A strong track record working with high-value, HNW, or high-volume customer segments.
  • Proven success in relationship strategy, team leadership, and personalised engagement.
  • Sharp analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to operate with confidence under pressure.
