An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AV Commercial Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing Audio-Visual integrator delivering high-end commercial projects across London and the surrounding regions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership - managing projects from handover through to completion, balancing commercial awareness with technical understanding, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
The Role
As an AV Commercial Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple AV projects. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, you'll ensure smooth communication, strong financial control, and exceptional project outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing AV projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover
- Overseeing commercial performance, including budgets, cost control, variations, and final accounts
- Producing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Acting as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors
- Coordinating installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Monitoring progress on-site and resolving issues proactively
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements
- Supporting procurement and supplier management where required
- Driving client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an AV Project Manager within a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of AV systems, installation processes, and project lifecycles
- Solid commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and margins
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
