Search Enginer Optimisation Manager
Our client are a fast growth business.
They are looking for an analytical and forward-thinking SEO Manager to join the team. You’ll work across several brands helping the business grow organic visibility, improve website performance, and stay ahead in an AI-driven search landscape.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing SEO for multiple brands
- Keeping websites healthy: fixing broken links, managing redirects, handling 404s, and ensuring strong site hygiene.
- Monitoring organic performance across Google and Bing, including keyword rankings, impressions, click-through rates, and search behaviours.
- Using a full suite of Google tools: Analytics, Search Console, Google My Business, Tag Manager and more.
- Building and maintaining high-quality backlinks while monitoring and disavowing harmful links.
- Conducting regular SEO audits and recommending improvements across technical, on-page and content.
- Supporting content planning with keyword research, intent mapping and SERP insights.
- Working closely with the marketing team to align search strategy with campaigns, launches and seasonal activity.
- Presenting insights and opportunities in marketing meetings. You’ll be the go-to person for all things organic search.
- Tracking competitor activity and identifying areas where we can outperform them.
- Supporting AI-era optimisation, such as structured data, content formatting for AI overviews, and emerging search behaviours alongside the content team.
- Producing ad-hoc reports on organic performance and growth opportunities for meetings.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an SEO role (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation and content best practice.
- Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SERanking/SEMrush or similar.
- Comfortable analysing data and turning it into practical actions.
- Strong communication skills: able to explain SEO simply to non-technical colleagues.
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of changes in Google, Bing and emerging AI-powered search engines.
- Ability to manage your own workload across multiple brands and websites.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
- Basic understanding of CRO or UX principles.
- Experience with CMS platforms.
