Headquartered in Denmark and backed by a leading European private equity investor, our partner is a fast-growing European GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) SaaS business.
Trusted by Tier 1 customers across highly regulated industries, they are going through a phase of significant and exciting growth. As a result of this, they are now seeking to appoint a Contracts and Compliance Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
This is a senior role with end-to-end responsibility for contracts and compliance, operating with a high level of autonomy, real decision-making authority and exposure to enterprise customers, audits and acquisition activity.
With strong recurring revenues and rapidly increasing enterprise contract values; governance, information security, and commercial discipline is absolutely central to the long-term value creation. This is an opportunity to join a scaling SaaS company at a pivotal moment.
The Contracts and Compliance Manager will build and own the contracts and compliance function, which will enable commercial growth while protecting the business as it scales.
The role is broadly split 50/50 between contracts and compliance & governance. It will suit a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-growing, regulated environment.
You will be the primary point of contact for all customers, auditors, legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all compliance frameworks end-to-end, including ISO and ISAE audits
- Maintain compliance controls, remediation plans, business continuity planning and the company risk register.
- Lead information security governance, including GDPR and UK GDPR
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in a contracts, compliance, governance, or legal operations role (ISO and ISAE ownership).
- Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts, managing the full contract lifecycle.
- Practical understanding of GDPR and information security governance across UK and European frameworks.
- Experience in a growing, regulated or B2B environment; M&A exposure is desirable.
